I joined the leadership team in developing the Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) business model and brand for an innovation and technology company in the GCC region. The core model was structured to support engineering graduates and entrepreneurs delivering government-sponsored infrastructural projects.
Interviews, workshops, research, and various models provided insights, including personas and journey mapping. They helped the development of revenue-generating modules, a concept model I designed to ensure a sustainable strategic framework. I also led the design process to ensure a cohesive and on-strategy brand experience.
